When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 12PM EST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing during sale periods and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer worldwide shipping.
United States:
- Standard Shipping (4-7 Business Days): $8 or FREE on orders over $200
- Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days): $20
International:
- We ship to over 200 countries worldwide.
- Duties & taxes are NOT included in the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for all import fees and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally?
Yes, we ship to all of the above.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on canoeattire.com.
My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days. What should I do?
Please note that carriers do not always provide live tracking updates. While your package is in transit, it may not be scanned at every location. During peak seasons, there can be delays with tracking updates. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at canoeattire.com and we will be happy to look into it for you.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges for US orders within 21 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks, swimwear (if the hygienic liner is removed), or any final sale items. Return processing can take up to 10 business days from when we receive your package. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a return shipping fee will be deducted from international returns.
How do I make a return or exchange?

The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
If an item is sold out, it will typically not be restocked as we are constantly receiving new products. We recommend signing up for the restock notifications on the product page to be alerted via email if it becomes available again.

How should I care for my garment?
Care instructions can be found on the garment’s tag. We recommend following these instructions closely to maintain the quality and longevity of your item.
Is the merchandise authentic?
Yes, we are an authorized stockist for every brand we carry. All of our products are 100% authentic.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, our site is highly secure and PCI compliant. We do not store any of your payment information on our servers.
The charge on my card is different from my order total. Why?
When you place an order, your card may be authorized for the order amount. This is a temporary hold to ensure funds are available. The final charge is captured once your order ships. If you used a discount code or made a return, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed due to our fast processing times. If you would like to make a change, please place a new order. If you no longer want the original order, you can return it for a full refund once it arrives.

How do I update my subscription preferences?

Do you offer student discounts?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount to current university and college students. Verification is required through our student discount partner. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and is valid for full-price items only.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
Please ensure you have entered the code correctly and that it is active. Please also check the terms and conditions of the promotion, as some codes may only be valid for full-price items or require a minimum purchase amount. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
