Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Canoe items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges for online orders within 14 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks, swimwear (if the liner has been removed), or any final sale items.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of a wrong or defective item being sent.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. To start a return or exchange, please initiate the process through our Returns Portal.
  2. You will receive a return shipping label via email. All returns must be sent using this pre-paid label.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the original invoice, and attach the provided label.
  4. Drop your package off at the designated shipping carrier location.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items
All items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Wrong or Defective Item
In the rare case that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping and will expedite a replacement or refund for you. We may request photos of the issue to assist with our quality control.

International Returns & Duties
Please note that we cannot be responsible for any duties or taxes incurred upon the return of an international order. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. The returned merchandise value will be refunded, minus the original cost of international shipping.

Damages During Transit
Canoe is not liable for any packages lost or damaged during the return transit. We highly recommend that you use a traceable shipping service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Return Processing Time
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once it is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
